American Strawberry AMERICAN STRAWBERRY - Yellow cake with one layer of non-dairy whip cream, and one layer of Fresh Strawberries.
MARBLE CAKE - Marble cake with two layers of filling - your choice of filling: vanilla custard, chocolate custard, vanilla butter cream, chocolate butter cream, fresh strawberries, chocolate mousse, and vanilla mousse.

CHOCOLATE AMARETTO/CHOCOLATE KAHLUA - Chocolate cake drizzled with your choice of Amaretto or Kahlua Liqueur, filled with two layers of vanilla custard.  No nuts.

TIRAMISU - A house specialty, made with the finest Mascarpone cheese, with sponge cake soaked in espresso coffee and Brandy, dusted with cocoa.
LUCIA TORTE (NAPOLEON) - The top and bottom are a flaky puff pastry with two layers of vanilla custard, and the center is a layer of moist sponge cake moistened with Rum/Sugar syrup and drizzled with Kahlua Liqueur.  Only available in 1/2 and full sheet cakes.
