Yellow cake with one layer of non-dairy whip topping and one layer of fresh strawberries.
Cassata
Vanilla sponge cake moistened with a rum/sugar syrup, filled with two layers of our ricotta cheese filling, just like our famous cannoli's.
Strawberry Black Forest
Chocolate cake with one layer of chocolate custard and one layer of strawberries surrounded by chocolate cake crumbs.
Raspberry Cream
Chocolate or Yellow cake (we suggest chocolate) with two layers of raspberry cream.
